Fort Edward is located on Ft Edward St. in Windsor, Nova Scotia. To reach the fort via HWY 101:
- Take exit 6 from HWY 101. You are now on Water St.
- Drive along Water St. towards downtown Windsor
- Take the first left onto King st.
- Take the first left again at Ft Edward St.

Interesting Facts
- Fort Edward was a Golf Course from 1903 to 1973 (When the WHHS began its restoration).
- The upstairs of the blockhouse contains original graffiti made by the soldiers long ago.
- The Fort was the host of Canada's oldest Agricultural Fair.
